A Thane police official said on Thursday that a woman and her lover have been booked for raping her 15 -year -old daughter.
On 9 November 2023, an official of the Kasaravadavali police station said that the victim saw her 38 -year -old mother and her 30 -year -old lover in an objectionable position.
He said, “The accused threatened and beaten him. With the help of the woman, the accused raped the 15 -year -old girl. On Wednesday, a case of rape, criminal intimidation, assault and other crimes was registered under the Poxo Act on the complaint of the girl's father. Went.”
The officer did not give any clarification about why the case was registered after such a delay.
The police officer said that no one has been arrested in the case and further investigation is on.
