Women will get reservation in 35 percent posts in civil services, Mohan government took a big decision

Mohan government of the state has taken a big step in the interest of women. Now 35 percent posts will be reserved for women in civil services instead of 33. This proposal was unanimously approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at Mantralaya on Tuesday.

Along with this, the proposal to increase the age limit for recruitment of assistant professor in medical college by ten years was also approved. Now instead of 40, candidates up to 50 years of age will be able to apply for the post of Assistant Professor in medical colleges.

These proposals were approved

Approval given to open 254 cash sales centers to further improve the fertilizer supply system in the state.

Permission was given to set up a new 660 MW power plant in place of 4 old units of Satpura Thermal Power Station of Sarani.

Investors summit will be held in Narmadapuram on 7th December.

Supervision committee constituted under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary

On the other hand, for the preparations for Simhastha year 2028, a supervision committee has been constituted by the Madhya Pradesh government under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary. Under Simhastha, the supervision committee will follow the instructions of the Council of Ministers, examine all the policy matters placed before the Council of Ministers and review the Simhastha item action plans of various departments.

The committee will have Additional Chief Secretaries, Home, Energy, Public Works, Water Resources, Transport, Principal Secretaries, Public Health Engineering, Public Health and Family Welfare, Revenue, Finance, Religious Trusts and Endowments, Culture and Tourism as members. The Principal Secretary will be the Member Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Committee.
