This time a total of 12 teams will participate in the tournament, which have been divided into two groups.
- Group-1: India, Australia, South Africa, Pakistan, Netherlands and Bangladesh
- Group-2: England, West Indies, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Ireland and Scotland
India has to play five matches in the group stage. The top two teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
Start of campaign against Pakistan
India women’s national cricket team will play its first match against Pakistan women’s national cricket team on 14 June.
