According to health experts, working out in extreme temperatures without caution can prove to be very harmful for health. Many people, out of excitement, often make some mistakes which lead to dehydration and heat stroke. The first of these mistakes is afternoon workout, in which many people exercise in the hot sun between ten in the morning and four in the evening, due to which a large amount of water comes out from the body in the form of sweat. Apart from this, waiting to feel thirsty during workout and not taking enough liquid can lead to dehydration. Also, choosing wrong clothes like wearing tight and synthetic clothes, which increases the body temperature. Apart from this, some people continue to do heavy workouts even after feeling dizzy or weak, which proves to be very dangerous for health.

Hydration is important
