deliberate fire

Yunus government officials have expressed apprehension that the fire was carried out only to damage government documents. At present, a high level investigation committee has been formed to investigate the incident.

fire at three places simultaneously

Brigadier General Zahed Kamal, head of Bangladesh's fire service, gave information about this fire while talking to the media. He said that on Wednesday midnight, fire broke out simultaneously at three places in the secretariat building. The fire was so severe that it took 6 hours to extinguish it.

The incident happened at the behest of Hasina

Many people in the current government of Bangladesh believe that people associated with Sheikh Hasina's party Awami League may be behind this fire. Asif Mahmood Sajeeb Bhuiyan, an advisor to the interim government, said that the documents burnt in the fire contained evidence of corruption worth millions of dollars that took place during the Hasina government.

Hasina is currently in India

It is known that a few months ago there was a nationwide violent movement against reservation in Bangladesh. This movement became so violent in its last moments that the then Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had to leave her post and flee to India. Hasina had come to Ghaziabad, India with her sister. According to media reports, she has been staying in a safe house in New Delhi. On the other hand, an interim government was formed in Bangladesh under the leadership of Nobel laureate Mohammad Yunus. This government is currently handling the reins of the country.
