India is now just 0.32 points ahead of Australia. If India loses the next match also then the Indian team's dream of playing the final will become difficult. After this test, India has to play a five-match test series in Australia.

India had earlier won 18 consecutive series and was a strong contender to win all the matches to make it to the finals in the WTC. But now to qualify for the third consecutive WTC final, India will have to win four of its remaining six matches.
