Technical problems with social media platform

Social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) is once again facing technical troubles. Since Tuesday night, several thousand users have complained that their timeline is not loading, posts are not refreshing and many users are suddenly logged out. According to data analytics company Downdetector, the number of people complaining about this problem increased rapidly to 15,000 to 20,000.

This time the technical problem has affected the users of India and America the most. Users in India faced difficulty accessing the website, while app users in the US faced issues related to login and timeline. This shows that this problem is not limited to just one region, but is spread globally.

What problems were encountered?

Users complained about issues loading the timeline, error messages, and difficulty sending messages. Some users were logged out without any reason. From these problems it is clear that there has been a major glitch in the server or backend on the platform.
