New Delhi: Yashasvi Jaiswal, the young sensation of the Indian cricket team, played an important innings of 30 runs in the second Test match against New Zealand. Jaiswal’s innings may have been short, but despite this, he has made a big record in his name. Yashasvi Jaiswal has completed his one thousand runs in Test cricket this year. Jaiswal has become the only batsman from India to do so this year. Jaiswal is only the second batsman in the world to cross the 1000-run mark this year.

Jaiswal has played a total of 10 Test matches for Team India this year, in which he has scored 1007 runs at an average of 59.23. Jaiswal’s highest score in this has been 214 runs. Former England captain Joe Root is in first place in this matter. Joe Root has so far scored 1305 runs in 14 Test matches this year at an average of 59.31. Root has also scored five centuries and four half-centuries this year.

Yashasvi Jaiswal also has to play in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia this year. Team India’s batting flopped badly in the first innings of the Pune Test match against New Zealand. The Indian team’s innings was limited to a score of just 156 runs. Earlier in the match, New Zealand won the toss and decided to bat first. The Kiwi team, batting first in the match, scored 256 runs. In this way, the guests gained a lead of 103 runs over India in the first innings.
