Yashasvi's biggest test will be in Australia: Jwala

The Indian cricket team has hopes of better performance from young opening batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal in the Border Gavaskar Trophy to be held against Australia next month. Yashasvi's coach Jwala Singh believes that Yashasvi's biggest test will be in the Australia tour but the concentration with which he plays will help him perform better. The coach said that after reaching this level, it is important how you handle the pressure. You can always work on technique but if you don't have the right attitude and mindset, you can't succeed.

Yashasvi is very mature and he will benefit from this in the series against Australia. He said that the situation is different in Australia. The reason for this is that they play very tough cricket there and put a lot of pressure on the opposition. According to the former coach, he has developed as a batsman since his Test debut. He said, I think being with experienced players like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli has helped him a lot. Since his debut in international cricket, Yashasvi has scored 1217 runs in 11 Test matches at an average of 64.05 and played three long innings which included 171,209 and 214 runs. Also said that he has always been aggressive as a batsman. Earlier, he would go to hit almost every ball but now he does so depending on the situation.

He is more aware of his game now. He has a better idea about which ball to attack and which to leave. Along with this, his fielding also improves. Earlier this year, Yashasvi had batted well against England. Indian team captain Rohit Sharma also has full confidence in Yashasvi's skill level and adaptability. “They have matches to play in all kinds of conditions,” he said. You can bet on them and expect them to perform better for the team.
