Big action by Yogi government in BJP MLA Yogesh Verma slapping case, FIR against 40 including lawyer Awadhesh Singh

Lakhipur. Now the police has taken action against Advocate Awadhesh Singh in the case of slapping BJP MLA Yogesh Verma. FIR was registered in the case of beating. MLA's FIR was registered 6 days after the humiliating incident. A case has been registered against Awadhesh Singh, who beat up the MLA. Also, FIR has been registered against 30-40 unknown people including Awadhesh Singh's wife Pushpa Singh.

A case of robbery, murderous assault and threatening to kill has been registered in this case. A case has been registered under about half a dozen BNS sections. It is being told that the action has been taken after receiving instructions from Lucknow. A case has been registered in the Sadar Kotwali of Kheri. Let us tell you that Yogesh Verma had met Speaker Satish Mahana and complained. Before this action, the BJP organization had expelled Awadhesh and his wife from the party.

MLA Yogesh Verma (BJP MLA Yogesh Verma) had met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath last Monday after the slapping incident. He informed the CM about the entire incident. After which Awadhesh Singh and his wife were expelled from the party. It is being told that after instructions received from Lucknow, FIR was registered in this matter last night. Legal action was taken in this matter six days after the MLA was beaten. A case has been registered in the FIR against advocate Awadhesh Singh, his wife Pushpa Singh, Sangram Singh and Neeraj Singh. Along with this, a case has also been registered against 30-40 unknown people.

Case registered under these sections

A case has been registered in Sadar Kotwali police station of Lakhimpur Kheri. A case has been registered in the matter under sections 189(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 131 and 304(1) of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS), 2023. Police have registered a case under half a dozen sections including robbery, murderous assault, threatening to kill. Before this action, the party had expelled four people from the party. A senior BJP official said that on Monday, four people including Pushpa Singh, her husband Awadhesh Singh have been expelled from the party. This action was taken in the case of indecent behavior and slapping of MLA Yogesh Verma.
