Pradhan Mantri Awas: Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath government has given a big gift to the people of Uttar Pradesh who want their dream home. Yogi Adityanath’s government has reportedly changed the eligibility criteria for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural). Now in Uttar Pradesh, every month Rs. Even those earning 15,000 can avail the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. But, till now, this benefit was only given to those earning Rs 10,000 per month. Speaking to the media, Agra District Principal Development Officer Pradeepa Singh said that Prime Minister House will also be provided to those who own two-wheelers and a two-room Gutcha house through this scheme. Village level open meetings will be organized to select the beneficiaries of Pradham Mantri Awas Yojana. Along with this, the work of making people aware about this scheme is also going on fast so that more people can get the benefit of this scheme. Pradeepa Singh further said that effective monitoring will be done at every stage to select the eligible persons for PM Awas Yojana. Eligible, indigent and genuinely eligible will be included in the survey. In the 2018 census, two-wheeler, refrigerator, monthly income of Rs.10,000 for any one of the applicant’s family has been changed. He said that after the changes in the rules, villagers who are currently earning Rs 15,000 per month will also benefit. Now those who have funds up to Rs.15 thousand will be included. This offer is available in rural areas. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana beneficiaries in rural areas will be available for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana only after verification at village, development block and district level. Public meeting held at village level and district level will be photographed and preserved in album form. For the Pradham Mantri Awas Yojana scheme, benefits are being provided to the beneficiaries from the government level. The house should be in one’s own or spouse’s name. The family name should not be anywhere else in the house. Annual income of EWS and LIG should not exceed 6 lakhs. The annual income of the MIG family should not exceed Rs.12 lakhs. The home loan discount is up to a maximum of Rs 12 lakh. 3 to 6.5 percent of the interest on the loan should be paid less.
