Ingredients required to make Paneer Bhurji:

– Paneer: 200 grams (grated or mashed)
– Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
– Tomato: 2 (finely chopped)
– Green chilli: 1-2 (finely chopped)
– Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
– Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
– Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
– Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
– Garam masala: 1/4 teaspoon
– Green Coriander: 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
– Oil or ghee: 2-3 tbsp
– Salt: as per taste

How to make Paneer Bhurji

Heat the oil:
– Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
– Add finely chopped green chillies and ginger-garlic paste to it.
– Fry it for a few seconds, until the aroma starts coming.

Cook onions and tomatoes:
– Now add onion and fry it until it becomes light golden.
– Then add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
– Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix the spices well.

Add cheese:
– Add grated cheese to the spices and mix well.
– Let it cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add garam masala and coriander:
– Finally add garam masala and finely chopped green coriander.
– Mix it well and turn off the flame.

Serving Method:
– Serve hot Paneer Bhurji with paratha, roti or bread.
– You can also eat it with curd or pickle on the side.
