Many types of schemes are run by the government for women, with the help of which they are provided better facilities. Mahila Samman Savings Certificate is one such scheme for women with the help of which maximum interest rate is being given to women. This scheme was started on 1 April 2023.

7.5% interest is being given in this scheme

It has been informed that if a woman invests in this scheme, she will be given an interest rate of 7.5%. Any woman can open an account in her own name or if she is a minor, her parents can open an account in her name.

This scheme is valid for 2 years

This scheme was launched for 2 years but it is possible that this scheme may be extended further also. That means the last date for investment in the scheme is 31 March 2025. With its help, women are being strengthened financially. With its help she will be able to achieve financial independence.
