The incident occurred in the early hours of January 16, 2025, when the actor, alerted by strange noises, found that one of his female staff members was injured in his son’s room. In an attempt to stop the intruder, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed eight times. His injuries included deep stab wounds to his hand and neck, with the most severe damage near his spine. Despite the extent of his injuries, Saif Ali Khan was rushed to the hospital and underwent immediate treatment.

The Auto Driver Who Saved Saif’s Life

In the aftermath of the attack, Saif Ali Khan’s life was undoubtedly saved by the quick thinking of an auto driver, Bhajan Singh Rana, who transported him to the hospital in critical condition. Recently, photos surfaced showing Saif Ali Khan meeting the driver to personally thank him for his bravery and timely help. The auto driver not only ensured that the actor reached the hospital on time but also displayed great integrity by refusing any payment.

Following the incident, Saif Ali Khan’s personal assistant reached out to Bhajan Singh Rana and the entire Khan family expressed their gratitude to him. Reportedly, Saif Ali Khan has rewarded Bhajan Singh Rana with Rs 50,000, although neither party has publicly confirmed or denied this publically.

Mika Singh Pledges Rs 1 Lakh Reward

In a post, the singer offered Rs 1,00,000 to Bhajan Singh Rana, calling his action life-saving. The singer also stated that the driver deserved far more – suggesting a reward of at least Rs 10,00,000 for saving a superstar’s life. Mika Singh urged his followers to share the auto driver’s contact details so that he could personally express his gratitude and support. He wrote, “I strongly believe that he deserves a reward of at least Rs 11 lakh for saving India’s favorite superstar. His heroic act is truly commendable! If possible, can you please share his contact details with me? I would like to reward him with Rs 1 lakh as a token of appreciation.”
