Young man appeared for Visa interview on the basis of fake document, cunningness proved costly for the Embassy

On Monday, Mumbai Police arrested a person who was trying to obtain a United States (US) visa illegally. To obtain a valid visa for any country, a certain procedure needs to be followed. Visa can be obtained only by following all the valid documents.

Complaint has also been filed against 3 agents

It was told by the officials that a complaint has been registered against three agents in this case. The main accused in the case is a 36-year-old man from Gujarat. The accused had reached Mumbai Embassy to get a visa. His interview was to take place there. But officials noticed some problems during verification.

The accused had earlier applied for a Canada visa. But it was canceled because it was wrong. The US Embassy found that the accused had again used false documents to obtain a US visa. The matter is being investigated after registering a complaint.
