Yuvraj death case: Builder Abhay was presented in the court on Wednesday i.e. today after the end of his one-day remand by the CJM court in the case of engineer Yuvraj Mehta’s death due to drowning in a deep, water-filled pit of an under-construction mall in Sector 150 of Greater Noida on Friday. After the appearance, the court has sent him to judicial custody till January 27.
Court reprimanded
Accused Abhay was arrested yesterday i.e. Tuesday in the death case of Engineer Yuvraj. During the hearing in the court today, he had to hear a strong rebuke from the court for his negligence. Along with this, the court made a strong comment and directed the administration that in the investigation it should be clear as to whose negligence is ultimately responsible. Even if the drain is broken then who is responsible for it? Along with this, if the barricade is not installed then who is responsible for it?
Giving strict instructions regarding all these questions, the court said that all this should be a part of the investigation. The court said that if complaints were being made regarding this for some years then why was no action taken at the appropriate time.
