Yuzvendra Chahal breaks silence on reality show ‘The 50’, tells truth about news of reunion with Dhanashree Verma

Tezzbuzz Desk- Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has finally reacted to the news of being seen in the reality show ‘The Fifty’ with ex-wife Dhanashree Verma. For the last few days, it was being claimed in social media and media reports that after divorce, Chahal and Dhanashree can once again be seen together in a reality show, which had intensified the discussions among the fans.

Putting an end to all these speculations, Yuzvendra Chahal issued a statement through Instagram Story. While sharing a note issued by his team, he clearly said that there is no truth in these reports. It was written in the statement,
“The current reports regarding Yuzvendra Chahal’s participation in any reality show are completely baseless. These claims are mere speculations and are factually incorrect.”

The note further said that Chahal is neither associated with the show that is being mentioned in the recent reports nor has any such discussion or commitment taken place. Also, an appeal has been made to the media and social media users not to share information without verification.

While Chahal has made his stand clear on these rumours, Dhanashree Verma has not yet given any official response on this matter. Let us tell you that the reality show ‘The Fifty’ is going to go live from February 1, which will be hosted by filmmaker Farah Khan. According to Farah Khan, this show will bring a new change in Indian reality show culture.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma were married in Gurugram in December 2020. The two met during the Covid-19 pandemic, when Chahal took dance classes from Dhanashree. However, the relationship broke down shortly after the marriage. According to the divorce petition, the couple separated in June 2022 and got divorced in March 2023.

After the divorce, Chahal was seen watching the Champions Trophy final in Dubai with RJ Mahvash, after which discussions started about their relationship. However, RJ Mahvash rejected these reports and called it only friendship. At the same time, Dhanashree Verma had openly talked about her personal life and struggles in the reality show ‘Rise and Fall’.

At present, after Yuzvendra Chahal’s statement, it has become clear that the news of his and Dhanashree’s reunion in ‘The Fifty’ was only a rumour.
