In fact, RJD spokespersons had shared a video on Twitter in which a person was shown being beaten by the police and described it as a Noida incident. Police say that this video is of an old incident in Madhya Pradesh and an attempt was made to provoke people by confusing them by linking it to the Noida incident. Taking action on this charge, the police have registered a case against Priyanka Bharti and Kanchana Yadav.

Apart from these two, the cyber cell of UP Police has also identified some other social media handles from which this video was shared. Police have also registered a case against handlers named Jitendra Sharma Dausa and @ItsKtyni. Now further action will be taken against all of them as per law. It has been told by the UP Police that the video of the incident of a drunken youth creating ruckus in the Budhar police station area of ​​Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh is being circulated through social media accounts misleadingly claiming it to be an incident in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, which is completely false and misleading.
