New Delhi. Counting of votes is going on after the assembly elections held in West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Keralam and Puducherry. Out of these five, there is good news for Congress from only one state, Kerala. The Congress led UDF government is going to be formed here, defeating the ruling LDF. The performance of Congress in other states has been quite disappointing. Now a discussion has started in Kerala about who will be the Chief Minister there? Will Congress MP from Thiruvananthapuram Shashi Tharoor be the CM, know what he said in response to this question?

Answering the question of journalists on the issue of UDF Chief Ministerial post regarding Kerala election results, Shashi Tharoor said, I am an MP and I will remain so in future also. But whatever happens, whoever comes, I am hopeful that when the UDF government comes to power, there will be a chance to make some real changes. Tharoor said that I would be very happy to make whatever contribution I can make to the party or to the CM post in the form of help, advice, contacts or policy ideas, but the chief minister will not be me but someone else.

Tharoor said that the people wanted change this time and this is clear from the mandate. He said that out-migration due to lack of employment has been a serious issue for the youth of the state. If investment can be brought back in the state then the situation can improve. The Congress MP also said that the situation in states like Tamil Nadu and West Bengal should also be analyzed so that the political change can be understood. Let us tell you that out of 140 seats in the Kerala Assembly, the UDF alliance is leading on 99 seats. Whereas LDF is leading on 37 seats.
