Udhayanidhi’s Statement Against Sanatan: Udhayanidhi Stalin again gave a statement against Sanatan Dharma, said – it should be abolished

Chennai. DMK MLA and former Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin’s son Udhayanidhi Stalin has once again given a statement against Sanatan Dharma. Udhayanidhi Stalin said in Tamil Nadu Assembly that Sanatan, who divides people, should be eliminated. Even before this, DMK’s Udhayanidhi Stalin had given a statement against Sanatan. Udhayanidhi had compared Sanatan Dharma with dengue, malaria and corona.

Politics has already heated up over Udhayanidhi Stalin’s anti-Sanatan statements. This time too, Udhayanidhi’s statement of abolishing Sanatan is likely to heat up politics not only in Tamil Nadu but also in the country. In Tamil Nadu, not only Udhayanidhi Stalin, many DMK leaders have been giving controversial statements. DMK leader Shivaji Krishnamurthy had used derogatory language about the then Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi in 2023. At the same time, in 2020, DMK leader RS Bharti had given a controversial statement about the Dalit community while talking about the appointment of judges in the Madras High Court.

Whereas, in the year 2025, Tamil Nadu Minister K. Ponmudi had made a controversial comparison by pointing out the difference between the tilak of Shaivites and Vaishnavas. His statement was opposed in the DMK itself. MK Stalin, when he was the CM of Tamil Nadu, had said before the state assembly elections this year that there would never be any place for Hindi in Tamil Nadu. Politics was also heated over this statement of DMK supremo MK Stalin. Now the way Udhayanidhi Stalin has again given the statement of destroying Sanatan Dharma, the question arises that does the DMK leader of Tamil Nadu have any enmity against this ancient religion? If there is discrimination in the society, then it has not been promoted in any religious text of the Hindu community.
