Along with this, a helpline number and e-mail ID has also been issued by CBSE to help the students. CBSE has said that students who have any questions or want any information related to re-evaluation can contact CBSE tele-counselling helpline 1800 11 8004 or can also express their views through email (email protected). In fact, in the last few years, it has come to light that due to heavy load on the website, it has become slow and due to this, students have to face a lot of technical difficulties in applying.

In view of this problem of the students, CBSE this time wants to remove every glitch due to which the students have to face technical errors. Let us tell you that on May 13, CBSE had declared the result of 12th board examination. This year 18.59 lakh students appeared in the board examination. Of these, more than 8 lakh girl students had appeared for the examination. This time the pass percentage of boys was 82.13 percent while 88.66 percent of girl students passed. In this way, the girl students once again won in passing.
