Uddhav Thackeray: 3 MPs did not attend Uddhav Thackeray’s meeting, is Operation Tiger going to happen?

Mumbai Is there going to be another rift between Shiv Sena and UBT? Speculations have been going on for a long time that ‘Operation Tiger’ is going to happen in Maharashtra. Amidst this speculation, Shiv Sena-UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray had called a meeting of party MPs on Sunday at his residence Matoshree in Mumbai. It is reported that three Shiv Sena MPs did not attend Uddhav Thackeray’s meeting. According to media reports, the phone of Uddhav camp MP from Shirdi Lok Sabha seat Bhausaheb Wakchore became unreachable. Whereas, Sanjay Jadhav and Nagesh Patil Ashtikar did not attend Uddhav’s meeting citing personal work. Sources in Uddhav’s party say that Sanjay and Nagesh had already told that they would not be able to come.

There are media reports about Shirdi Uddhav camp MP Bhausaheb Wakchore that he is not even at his home. At the same time, there was no trace of his personal assistant. It is being told that Vakchore has gone out with his family for the last two days. On the other hand, Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena has clearly said that no MP from Uddhav’s party is in contact with it and there is no plan to create a split in Shiv Sena-UBT again. In such a situation, Uddhav Thackeray can take a sigh of relief. Earlier it was being told that six to seven MPs of Uddhav Thackeray’s party may separate and become part of Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. However, currently most of the MPs are seen with Uddhav Thackeray, but changing the atmosphere from moment to moment is the name of politics.

Uddhav’s party Shiv Sena-UBT has 9 MPs in the Lok Sabha. At the same time, only its MP Sanjay Raut is left in Rajya Sabha. In such a situation, it is necessary for Uddhav Thackeray to keep all the Lok Sabha MPs in his fold to save the existence of his party. Because due to Eknath Shinde’s rebellion he has already lost Shiv Sena and its election symbol. Uddhav Thackeray was very excited about Mahavikas Aghadi getting more MPs elected in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, but the failure of Mahavikas Aghadi in the subsequent Maharashtra Assembly elections gave him a big blow. In the last assembly elections in Maharashtra, only 20 MLAs of Uddhav’s party could win. Whereas, 16 candidates of Congress and 10 candidates of Sharad Pawar’s NCP-SP had reached the Assembly after getting elected.
