Modi said, BJP’s double engine government has started working at super-fast speed to fill the potholes created by first the Left and then the TMC in Bengal for decades. Decisions are being taken at lightning speed. Work on stalled projects has started moving forward. Today, development projects worth hundreds of crores of rupees have been inaugurated and foundation stones laid here. These projects related to rail, road, agriculture, fisheries will give new impetus to the development of Bengal. These projects will strengthen the rural economy here.

Prime Minister Narendra said, this time this date of West Bengal Day is even more special. The dreams that were seen for the bright future of Bengal after independence, which were envisioned by the great souls of Bengal, today for the first time on Paschimbang Day, we are seeing those dreams turning into reality.
