Lucknow. A serious incident took place in Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow on Thursday. A man named Manas Vajpayee first shot and killed his wife Divya Mishra. After which sister Tulika took her life. After that Manas committed suicide. Divya Mishra used to work in ICICI Bank in Gomtinagar, a posh area of Lucknow. Whereas, Manas Vajpayee was an employee in SBI. Manas's sister Tulika was unmarried. Manas's house was in Husadia of Gomtinagar.
ICICI Bank manager Divya Mishra was shot dead at Mithaiwala intersection in Gomtinagar. Divya had a domestic dispute with her husband Manas Bajpayee. Divya was murdered by her husband Manas. According to Dr. Deeksha Sharma, DCP East in Lucknow Police, Manas Vajpayee shot his wife Divya outside ICICI Bank. He reached the bank and then called his wife out. Divya came out and talked to Manas Vajpayee for some time. After which Manas shot his wife and then fled from there. Divya died on the spot due to bullet injury. After killing his wife, Manas reached his home. Where he shot his sister and killed her. After which he also shot himself.

When the police got information that a person had committed suicide after shooting his sister in Husdiya, then after connecting all the strings, it was found that the incidents of murder and suicide had been committed by Manas Vajpayee. According to the police, three weapons have been found from Manas's house. Manas wrote in his WhatsApp status that he has murdered his wife and now he himself is committing suicide. He wrote that Pragya and Bharat know everything. According to the information, Divya had filed an application in the court for divorce from her husband a year ago. Police are investigating further in this regard. At present the death of Divya Mishra, Tulika and Manas is being discussed in the city.
