On the other hand, Manan Mishra while talking to journalists said, Y. R. Sadashiva Reddy was a member of the Bar Council. As of today, he is not even a member of the State Bar Council. He did not dare to contest the State Bar Council elections. When he was a member of the Bar Council of India for eight years, he did not open his mouth, then he was silent. If there was any such issue or complaint then he should have raised it earlier. Mishra called Reddy shameless and said that today when he has been thrown out of BCI, he is making these baseless allegations because politically he is our opponent and supports the other party.

Mishra said, these allegations have no importance in the eyes of lawyers. The lawyers know me and they know I am an honest man. As long as Manan Mishra has the support of 25 lakh lawyers of the country, people like Sadashiv Reddy will keep coming and going and making such statements on social media and making allegations but it will have no importance in the society, especially among the legal fraternity. Let us tell you that Reddy has made many serious allegations against Mishra including transferring the Bar Council's funds worth Rs 150 crore to a private trust controlled by the chairman and has demanded his resignation within 15 days.
