In Faiznagar village of Bhuta police station area of Bareilly, a woman named Nargis has been accused of killing her husband Pappu along with her alleged lover Raja alias Riyaz, who lives in the same village. Not only this, Nargis also tried unsuccessfully to mislead the police. Pappu was murdered on the night of 11th September. His age was 42 years. Police have arrested Nargis and Raja in this case.
According to the police, Pappu had seen Raja with Nargis on the night of 10 September. After this there was a dispute between the king and Pappu. Pappu's wife Nargis had filed a complaint in Bhuta police station on September 15 that her husband suddenly went missing on the night of September 11. The very next day she told the police that her acquaintance Raja was suspected of murdering her husband Pappu. The police detained Raja and interrogated him. Due to what was told by Raja, the police also became suspicious of Nargis. After this, the police of Bhuta police station also interrogated Nargis. According to the police, Raja and Nargis broke down during interrogation. Both of them confessed to Pappu's murder.

According to the police, Nargis pressed the feet of her husband Pappu. At the same time, her alleged lover Raja committed suicide by strangulating her with a nylon rope. After disposing of Pappu's body, an attempt was made to hide the murder. Police said that Raja and Nargis told the police that Pappu's body was packed in a sack and thrown in the bushes near a brick kiln. Police recovered Pappu's body from that place.
