New Delhi. Recently, the case of molestation of a minor girl by some boys in Jamui, Bihar has not subsided yet and another similar incident happened in Samastipur. After stopping a girl on the Dam Bypass Road in Jagatsinghpur village of Karpoorigram police station area of Samastipur, some youth openly molested her, twisted her hand and abused her. The girl kept pleading to escape from those miscreants but they did not desist from teasing her. The video of this incident is also going viral on social media. Police have currently arrested four accused.
According to the information, the victim girl was going through Dam Bypass Road with her friend. During this time she stopped on the road and started taking photos. Then some miscreants reached there and started harassing the girl. Together they caught hold of the girl and started touching her badly. They started pulling her forcefully and also abused her. When the girl told him that she would call her brother, he said, call whoever you want. During this time someone made a video of this entire episode which is going viral on social media.
Later, the police identified the miscreants on the basis of the viral video and arrested four accused. The two accused have been identified as Vikas Kumar Sharma, resident of Jagatsinghpur Ward-2 and Rahul Kumar, resident of Jagatsinghpur Ward-1. Many cases are already registered against Vikas. The police is trying to gather information about the accused by interrogating the people nearby. SP Arvind Pratap Singh said that this is a very sensitive matter and whoever is accused in this will not be spared under any circumstances.
