Nashik. A new problem has arisen for Nida Khan, accused in the TCS case. According to media reports, Nida Khan's husband has filed a divorce petition in Nashik Family Court, Maharashtra. Nida's husband has appealed to the court to end the marriage. The Family Court had issued summons to Nida Khan on August 22 to appear. Nida Khan or her lawyer will have to appear in Nashik Family Court on October 16 and present her side.

Nida Khan is an accused in the alleged sexual harassment and conversion case of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) employees in Nashik. This matter was discussed across the country. Several women employees working at the Nashik TCS unit had alleged that they were sexually harassed and exploited in the office. These employees also alleged that religion-based pressure was put on them and attempts were made to forcibly convert them. Nashik Police had registered nine FIRs in this case. The police had made eight TCS employees including Nida Khan accused.

Nida Khan had applied for anticipatory bail in this case. After the application was rejected, the police arrested Nida Khan from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in May 2026. Nida Khan was granted bail in July due to her pregnancy. The court had said that the birth of a child in jail would be unbearable. The investigation of Nashik TCS case was handed over to SIT. SIT has so far filed two chargesheets in the court. In the first chargesheet of 1500 pages, SIT has named four accused including Nida Khan. The SIT has also filed a second charge sheet in connection with eight FIRs registered at Mumbai Naka police station. Nida Khan's name is also in this charge sheet. Now Nida Khan's problems have increased due to the filing of divorce petition by her husband.
