New Delhi. Kerala Congress posted a post on social media platform 'X' demanding the resignation of Supreme Court Chief Justice CJI Surya Kant. Kerala Congress wrote, Dear Surya Kant, if handling law and order is not in your capacity, then resign from your post immediately. In your place we will bring someone who can handle law and order. Whereas BJP got angry on this tweet of Kerala Congress. Many BJP leaders, including Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, hit back strongly at the Congress. At the same time, the Supreme Court Bar Association also condemned the demand for resignation of the CJI. However, seeing the issue gaining momentum, Kerala Congress deleted its post.

BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi said that Congress has a coalition government with Muslim League in Kerala and both Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi have represented it. This clearly means that the Muslim League Maoist Congress has become brazen and shameless in going to any extent as a mindless Naxal to destroy every constitutional institution and create anarchy on the streets of India to create anarchy in India.
On the other hand, the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has condemned the social media post demanding the resignation of CJI Surya Kant. SCBA says that such statements insult the judiciary and amount to an attempt to interfere in the judicial process. The association has appealed to the members and others to maintain the dignity and decorum of the Supreme Court.
