New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said during the felicitation program of village guards in Bareilly today, UP has changed. People can go out of the house without any hesitation and fear, there is an atmosphere of security. But before 2017, whenever there was any festival or celebration, there was definitely a riot in Bareilly. Now the rioters are celebrating Urs inside the jail. Now if someone riots, he knows what price he will have to pay. Those who riot will have to lose their father's and grandfather's earnings also. Now Uttar Pradesh is identified not by disturbance but by celebration.

Yogi said that earlier Bareilly was known as Jhumke but now it has become famous as Nath Nagari. Bareilly again got mythological identity. Sambhal, where people were afraid to go, now 68 pilgrimage sites and 19 wells have been revived again. A circumambulation route is being built there, a grand corridor is being constructed. Those spreading fear are themselves frightened and there are some whose pants get wet after seeing the UP Police vehicle.

Taking aim at the Samajwadi Party, Yogi said that the Samajwadi Party has nothing to do with education. SP must be related to some mafia, goon, scoundrel, street snatcher. SP cannot be related to civilized society, that is why they do not have sympathy. They used to invite gangsters, rioters and extortionists to the Chief Minister's residence. That is why today when the government runs a campaign to free the mafia, the Samajwadi Party suffers the most. Farmers, youth, women, businessmen, teachers, students, they have no sympathy towards any of them. His sympathies are towards the mafia and criminals. The pain of SP is even greater because UP is now free from mafia and riots.
