New Delhi. India has once again strongly condemned the drone and missile attacks by Houthis in Saudi Arabia. Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal, referring to the attack on Saudi Aramco headquarters on Tuesday, said, all such attacks on the infrastructure used by the common people in Saudi Arabia should stop immediately. This is not acceptable at all. Jaiswal said, India is with the people and government of Saudi Arabia to protect its sovereignty. Along with this, he expressed hope that peace and normalcy will be restored in the area soon.

Spokesperson Jaiswal said that after the attack on Riyadh Airport, there has been a change in the flight schedule from India but the flights of Saudi Airlines are coming and going. The Indian Foreign Ministry is in touch with its people through the embassy. Earlier, an advisory was also issued by the Ministry of External Affairs for Indians living in Saudi Arabia in which they were advised to stay at home, not share videos related to the attack and to contact the embassy for any assistance.
Delhi: MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal says, “I hope you have seen our speech. We said two things. We said one thing, but we said two main things. That this kind of speech that is being given is unacceptable for us because it is an internal matter of India and it is unwarranted. Secondly, we said that the kind of comment that is being made, it is clear that a double standard is being used. Things are not only happening in India, they are happening in other places as well, but we did not get to see that when something happens in another place, you say something…”

At the same time, on the comments of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) regarding the protest in Delhi, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that their concern is unfair and unacceptable, because it amounts to interference in the internal affairs of India. He also said that the kind of comments being made clearly show that double standards are being used. These types of things are not happening only in India, they are happening in other places too but we did not see any statement being issued by them on the incidents happening in other places. Continuing to do this type of work will break the trust of such a large number of people.
