Fenugreek has a hot nature and hence its effects are also affected in summer.
According to Ayurveda, fenugreek seeds are of hot nature and balances vata-kapha. But during the summer season, when bile naturally increases in the body, consuming it in excess can cause discomfort to some people. Consumption of fenugreek seeds can cause stomach irritation, acidity and constipation and can also affect the sugar level, hence it is very important to change the way of consuming fenugreek seeds in summer.
