The one for whose good health PM Modi wished, abused the Prime Minister

Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President Ajay Rai has come under criticism for using abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and organizing a public meeting without permission. An FIR has been registered against him in Mahoba district. This case was registered on Friday (May 22) at Kotwali Nagar police station on the complaint of BJP worker and advocate Neeraj Rawat.

According to Mahoba Police, in a video that went viral on social media, Ajay Rai was seen blocking a public road with his supporters. It is alleged that during this period, government work was disrupted and indecent remarks were made against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Additional Superintendent of Police Vandana Singh said that a case has been registered on the basis of viral video and complaint and legal action is being taken forward. The police have registered an FIR under various sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). Complainant advocate Neeraj Rawat said, “This reflects the culture of the Congress party. Perhaps similar training is given in the Congress. I complained to the police, after which an FIR was registered.”

According to the information, Ajay Rai had come to Mahoba on May 22 to meet the family of an NEET candidate, who was allegedly kidnapped, tortured and beaten. During this, Congress workers were accused of violating police protocol.

Police claim that when the policemen tried to control the crowd, Ajay Rai used abusive language against Prime Minister Modi. He allegedly made very objectionable remarks in the viral video, which sparked controversy.

BJP leader Amit Malviya also reacted to the matter and said that this comment has come at a time when just a few days ago, Prime Minister Modi had wished for the speedy recovery of Ajay Rai when he fell ill. However Ajay Rai has denied all the allegations. He claimed that the viral video is fake and it was created by BJP people with AI technology. He said that he himself will file a police complaint in this matter.

The FIR also includes the allegation of organizing a meeting without permission. According to the complaint, the program was organized without prior permission of the administration at the house of Rajkumar Ahirwar in Samad Nagar area. It is alleged that Ajay Rai had reached there with a convoy of 15-16 vehicles and 25-30 supporters.

The complaint said that the vehicles were parked in a haphazard manner on the public road, which disrupted traffic and caused inconvenience to the local people.

A pen drive has also been handed over to the police along with the complaint, which contains the alleged video. On the basis of this, the police have registered a case under sections 126(2), 132, 189(2), 196(1) and 352 of the Indian Judicial Code. Local Congress leader Brijraj Ahirwar and 25-30 unidentified supporters have also been mentioned in the FIR.
