He said that Mata Ambabai’s Dham situated on this holy land of Maharashtra is the center of faith of crores of devotees and the development work started here is a matter of happiness and pride for the devotees.
Amit Shah said that Karveer Nagar has been the residence of Mata Ambabai for centuries and now the Maharashtra government is doing the work of reconstruction of the temple and construction of corridor. About Rs 1,500 crore will be spent on this project. This will not only develop the temple complex but will also provide better facilities to the devotees.
He said that this cultural renaissance is happening in the country under the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of ‘Development, Heritage also’. The work of development and revitalization of all the Jyotirlingas and Shaktipeeths of Maharashtra is going on at a fast pace.
In his address, the Home Minister said that in the last 12 years, Prime Minister Modi has completed many tasks which were once considered impossible. Referring to the Ram temple, he said that at one time people thought that the Ram temple would not be constructed in Ayodhya in their lifetime, but after the formation of the BJP government in 2014 and Narendra Modi becoming the Prime Minister, today the grand Ram temple is standing with the saffron flag.
Amit Shah also mentioned projects like Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, reconstruction of Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham, golden form of Somnath Temple and Maa Kamakhya Corridor. He said that now the work of Ambabai Corridor has also become a part of this series.
Referring to another record of PM Modi, the Union Home Minister said that he has made the record of being the elected Prime Minister of the country for the longest period. He said that when the history of independent India will be written, these 12 years will be remembered as the golden period of building a developed India, renaissance of Indian culture, secure India and India’s growing prestige in the world.
Amit Shah also mentioned West Bengal and said that the people there have blessed the BJP. He assured that infiltration on the borders of Bengal will be stopped and every infiltrator will be identified and expelled.
Targeting Congress and Uddhav Thackeray, he said that some leaders want to do politics by making infiltrators a vote bank. India is not a Dharamshala. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, every aspect of the country’s security is being strengthened.
