Shiv Sena created by Balasaheb Thackeray is the real party: Anand Dubey!

The political controversy has deepened over the statement of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, in which he had said that now there is only one Shiv Sena and it is working under the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. On this statement of Amit Shah, Shiv Sena (UBT) spokesperson Anand Dubey said that Shiv Sena formed by Balasaheb Thackeray is the real party.

He said that a group can be recognized in the Election Commission through political influence and division of parties, but that does not make it the original party.

Shiv Sena (UBT) spokesperson Anand Dubey said that there is only one Shiv Sena in the country and especially Maharashtra, which was founded by Hindu heart king Balasaheb Thackeray on June 19, 1966. He said that Shiv Sena was formed with the aim of respecting the Marathi man, expanding Hindutva and protecting the nation, and the same organization is the real Shiv Sena even today.

Anand Dubey told news agency IANS that the other group currently claiming to be Shiv Sena is actually only a faction and not a party. He alleged that various factions can be formed through defection and political horse-trading, but this does not make any organization the original party.

He said that it takes years to establish a political party and establish its identity among the public.

He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party was formed in the year 1980, whereas the history of the Congress Party dates back to before the independence of the country. Similarly, it has been more than 25 years since parties like Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and Trinamool Congress were established.

In such a situation, suddenly presenting any group as a party is contrary to political realities. Dubey said the Union Home Minister should understand that the Eknath Shinde-led organization is a faction and not the original Shiv Sena.

During this, he also targeted the Mahayuti government of Maharashtra. Responding to allegations of using government resources and funds to weaken opposition parties, Anand Dubey said that those in power do not want the opposition to become strong.

He said that opposition MLAs are not given adequate funds for development works, while ruling coalition MLAs are provided more funds. Earlier this type of politics did not exist and development funds were distributed in a relatively fair manner.

Dubey said that government funds are for public welfare and development works, hence there should not be any kind of discrimination in its distribution.
