PM Modi Engages In Mann Ki Baat But Not In Substantive Talk About The Work That Matters Shakti Singh Yadav

Rashtriya Janata Dal’s chief spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav on Sunday expressed his frank opinion on many issues including Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program, BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya’s comment on RSS, Ram Mandir donations controversy, Patna’s Bans Ghat crematorium management and notice to former Chief Minister Rabri Devi to vacate the government residence.

On Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’, Shakti Singh Yadav said that till date Prime Minister Modi has only said ‘Mann Ki Baat’ and never ‘Kaam Ki Baat’. If they had talked about work, the youth of the country would not have gone astray, democracy would not have groaned and the country would not have become economically poor. Today the country is burdened with a debt of Rs 205 lakh crore.

Prime Minister Modi is continuously talking about Mann Ki Baat, but is not talking about work at all. There is only one thing for their work, criticize the opposition as much as they want, hand them over to the agencies, forcibly implicate them. This is his ‘mann ki baat’.

On the statement that Kailash Vijayvargiya is giving regarding RSS, I want to say, tell me, are there no donkeys in Kabul too? Are they there or not? This is an old saying of the village. We clearly believe that some people in RSS can be good, if Vijayvargiya is saying so.

However, there is only a one-half percent chance. Let us assume for a while that some people are good, but RSS training is done in the same form. As much as you lie, as much as you cheat, as much as you pretend to be fake. Show fake conduct, fake behaviour, fake talk too, this is what is taught and shown there.

On Kailash Vijayvargiya’s statement regarding RSS, Shakti Singh Yadav said that we clearly believe that some people in RSS can be good, if Vijayvargiya is saying so. Shakti Singh Yadav also cornered the state government regarding the operation of Patna’s Bamboo Ghat crematorium. He alleged that the operation of the cremation ground, built at a cost of about Rs 89 crore, was handed over to an organization and fees were being collected from the last rites. Describing it as inhumane, he said that charging fees for the last rites of the dead is a sign of insensitivity.

Regarding the Ram Mandir issue, he said that Ram Mandir is the home of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram. His character is exemplary, he is Maryada Purushottam. We not only have a feeling of respect towards Lord Ram, but also worship him, consider him venerable and consider him to be his incarnation, but who is going to loot the money that is offered and donated in his court? She could be the child of Mohammed Ghazni, who came to this country and destroyed and looted temples.

On the notice to vacate Rabri Devi’s government residence, he said that we have been saying for many days that we have no attachment to 10 Circular Road. We were living there on the basis of eligibility. Rabri Devi is MLA. He is a former Chief Minister. You have tried to evacuate during the running period.

Taking aim at the government, Shakti Singh said, “You make a checklist, what all did the government give when we came? We will not waste a second, we will kick you out and vacate the house. Congratulations to you, a nice house and great security. I don’t want it. The public is the boss. Be it the opposition or the ruling party, the public decides. In a democracy, the public is the boss. No one should live in ego.”
