Pawan Singh, Nirahua, Amrapali Dubey, Kajal Raghwani and Tej Pratap Yadav will be seen together for the first time in ‘Bhojpuri Bawal’. Through the show, an effort has been made that the audience can know these stars not only through films and songs, but also as a common person.
In the promo of the show released by the makers, all the actors are seen sitting together at the dinner table. In the beginning they discuss how to present the show to the audience. But gradually the conversation turns into a fun debate. Amidst the laughter and jokes, the artists question each other, express their opinions and are seen talking about stories related to each other.
Pawan Singh said about the show, “Over the years, people have heard many things about me. Some of these things were true, some were exaggerated and some were completely wrong. This show will give the audience an opportunity to understand how we are in real life.”
He said that whatever the audience got to see in the beginning of the show is just a small glimpse. There will be many such moments in the upcoming episodes, where the actors will be seen expressing their feelings openly.
Tej Pratap Yadav said, “There has always been a distinct identity in the stories of Bihar and Bhojpuri region. There are many such things related to the people, culture and life here, which need to be shown on the big stage. ‘Bhojpuri Bawal’ brings forward this feeling. In this show, such people have come together, whom the audience would have never seen interacting like this before.”
Nirahua said, “The best thing about Bhojpuri Baval is that no one is pretending to be perfect. We laugh together, argue, pull each other’s legs and speak our minds. This is what makes this show different from other reality shows.”
Amrapali Dubey said, “People often think they know us because they have been following our work for years. But there is a lot that happens behind the camera that is not revealed. Bhojpuri Bawal is an opportunity to share that aspect with the audience.”
Kajal Raghwani said, “This show has been made not to show drama, but to show the relationships, conversations and bonding between the artists. When the cameras are off, there are many interesting moments in the lives of the artists, which the audience will now be able to see.”
‘Bhojpuri Bawal’ will be a little different from the usual reality shows. In this, the focus will not be only on tasks or competition, but the journey of the big stars of Bhojpuri industry, their hard work, friendship, relationships, and challenges related to popularity will be shown.
‘Bhojpuri Bawal’ will premiere on JioHotstar and Colors from August 2.
