For maintenance of track, signaling and overhead equipment, Western Railway will take up Jumbo Block between Vasai Road and Vaitarna stations during the midnight of Saturday/Sunday i.e. 18/19 July, 2026.
According to a press release issued by Vineet Abhishek, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, this jumbo block will be taken from 23.55 hrs on 18th July, 2026 to 04.30 hrs on 19th July, 2026 on Up and Down fast lines.
Due to this block, Train No. 19101 Virar – Bharuch MEMU scheduled to depart from Virar at 04.35 hrs will be rescheduled to depart at 04.45 hrs. There will be no daytime block on Sunday, July 19, 2026 on the suburban section of Western Railway. Passengers are requested to plan their journey keeping the above arrangements in mind.
