Aamir Khan threat case: Investigation into location hiding from Swedish VPN continues!

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is in the news these days due to the controversy that started regarding his third marriage and now the threat received through audio clip. Actually, Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has been threatened by Lawrence Bishnoi gang through an audio message and Facebook post.

In the viral audio, a person calling himself Arzoo Bishnoi has accused Aamir Khan of promoting ‘Love Jihad’ and working against the country’s culture and Sanatan Dharma. In the message it has been said that they will be taught a lesson.

Mumbai Police is trying to find out who are the people behind these threat posts and audios. It is being told that this threat has come out on social media in the name of Arju Bishnoi and Tyson Bishnoi, in which along with the audio, a Facebook post has also been shared.

During the investigation, the police found that the initial IP address of the person sending the threat was from Sweden. However, the accused has used VPN and Tor browser to hide his identity and location, due to which the IP address is continuously bouncing. At present, no official FIR has been registered in this case, but the cyber team of the police is busy in finding out the sender of the message and tracking the IP address.

This controversy started after Aamir Khan’s third marriage. Aamir Khan married Gauri Spratt on July 5. It was a private ceremony, attended by family and close friends. Both of them had registered their marriage under the Special Marriage Act.

After marriage, some people and organizations accused Aamir Khan of promoting love jihad. Some leaders including Maharashtra Minister Nitesh Rane had also given statements on this issue. At the same time, some organizations also protested.

Aamir Khan had earlier also given clarification on these allegations. He had said that in none of his marriages did his wife convert to religion. Aamir had told that his marriages took place through civil marriage. Gauri Spratt is not a Hindu but a Christian and her family respects different religions.

Aamir Khan did his first marriage with Reena Dutta in the year 1986. Both of them got divorced in 2002. After this she married film director Kiran Rao in 2005. Both of them separated in the year 2021. She has two children, Junaid and Ira, from her first marriage, while she has a son, Azad, from Kiran Rao.
