The Chief Minister will release this amount with a single click during a program organized in Maihar.
The government has described 'Ladli Brahmin Yojana' as an important step towards the economic empowerment of women in the state. An additional Rs 250 is being given as a special gift on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, so that the beneficiaries can meet household needs and other expenses during the festival.
This scheme, started in June 2023, is being implemented continuously.
From November 2025, the monthly assistance amount was increased by Rs 250, due to which every eligible woman is now getting an assistance of Rs 1,500 every month. A total of 38 installments have been released so far regularly between June 2023 and July 2026.
The 39th installment scheduled for August 2026 will reach the accounts of more than 1.25 crore women of Madhya Pradesh.
Officials said that due to timely release of funds under this scheme, women, especially women from economically weaker sections, are getting direct financial assistance. The government aims to strengthen the sense of security and cooperation among the women beneficiaries of the state by combining the additional amount received on festivals with the regular monthly assistance.
The decision to release the installment from Maihar shows how much attention the administration is paying to reach out to women from different areas of the state.
Beneficiaries will receive a total of Rs 1,750 in their accounts without any middleman, ensuring transparency and easy access to benefits.
With the 39th instalment, 'Laadli Behna Yojana' is further strengthening its place as a premier welfare program for women in Madhya Pradesh.
The government has presented the continuous financial assistance it has been providing for the last three years as proof of its commitment towards the economic independence and welfare of women.
