Brics Summit 2026 Indian Cuisine Food Menu

India is going to look like this in front of the foreign guests at the BRICS conference. Where Ragi Dosa, Bajra Upma, Kashmiri Pulao, Hyderabadi Biryani and Lucknowi Kebab are seen decorated on the same table. India's heritage has not been limited to just one or two dishes at the BRICS conference. The menu will feature traditional dishes made from grains like millet, jowar and ragi. Ragi Dosa, Bajra Upma and Millet Pongal along with seasonal fruits, coconut water and fresh buttermilk will also be served to the guests. India's diversity will also be visible in the lunch plate. There will be South Indian taste along with Gujarati and Rajasthani thali. Kashmiri pulao, Deccani tadka, Hyderabadi veg and non-veg biryani and South Indian stews have also been included in the menu. That means, whichever dish the foreign guests taste, they will get a chance to get acquainted with the culinary tradition of some part of India.

This colorful platter of Indian dishes will also vary with the tastes of foreign guests. According to a five star hotel official involved in the preparations, a fusion of Indian taste and foreign tastes is being prepared keeping in mind the food and diet of the countries. There will also be the option of customized continental breakfast without oil and spices at live cooking counters. This means that food can be prepared there as per the needs of the guests. Along with this, keeping in mind the religious and personal preferences of the delegations, separate sections have been created for pure vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Dedicated kitchens have been arranged for both. This will provide guests with a choice of food as per their choice and preference, while maintaining the traditional flavor of India in the menu.

Behind this special menu is not only the preparation of the chefs but also a strict system of food safety. Regular lab testing of raw materials, spices and bakery items used in hotels is being done by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

Surveillance has been increased on the kitchens of five-star hotels and zero tolerance policy regarding food safety has been implemented. Special food safety officers and microbiologists are being deployed. Will check the quality and hygiene of the food just before it reaches the guests.
