NDA hits back at demand for CEC's resignation, targets opposition!

There has been a demand from the leaders of opposition parties for the resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar and the reaction of NDA leaders regarding the SIR process.

BJP leader Pratul Shahdev said, “Legal protection has been given not to Gyanesh Kumar or any one Chief Election Commissioner but to the entire Election Commission. I believe this protection is an important step to protect the independence of constitutional institutions.

This ensures that whichever government is in power, election commissioners are not targeted. This protection is necessary to prevent the Election Commission from being targeted through lawsuits and false cases. “Many alleged Afghan voters were identified in Jamshedpur during the tenure of Hemant Soren government, due to which the issue has become controversial.”

Regarding the SIR, Pratul Shahdev said, “SIR was done in Bengal under the patronage of the Supreme Court. Mamata Banerjee had targeted the Sanatanis. Mamata Banerjee's government has been recorded in the pages of history and will not return to power again.” He said that Rahul Gandhi is making an absurd demand for the resignation of CEC. The Election Commission has cleared everything.

JDU leader Shyam Rajak said, “The Chief Election Commissioner and the other two Election Commissioners made the entire situation clear. After this, no questions remain. All the questions have been answered by them.”

Our National Executive President Sanjay Jha has also put an end to everything. After this, the people on whose behalf such things are being said do not have any logic or evidence. There is no need to take the words of such people seriously.”

Regarding the 'India' alliance, Shyam Rajak said, “The anxiety of the defeated people has reached such extremes that they do not care about the Constitution, rules and the people of the country. They are desperate to capture power. They are not worried about the people of the country. We are not worried about this 'defeated' alliance.”

On the opposition's demand for resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar, BJP leader Ram Kadam said, “India is moving forward in every aspect, hence we cannot criticize the Modi government on the basis of issues and facts.

People are being confused by the opposition. If the opposition has any evidence of SIR then it should be given. “What objection does the opposition have to removing the names of the dead from the voter list?”

On the opposition's demand for resignation of CEC, JDU MP Kaushalendra Kumar said, “We are continuously seeing that the opposition is making unilateral allegations. Now Mamata Banerjee has lost the elections and her party has also broken. In such a situation, those people should go among the public.”
