About 17.2 km road from Purvanchal Expressway to Bijethua Mahaveeran via Mudila Bazaar and Surapur is being developed into double lane. About Rs 69 crore will be spent on this project.

Due to the existing road being narrow and bad at many places, it takes a lot of time to reach Bijethua Dham from the expressway. After the construction of double lane, vehicular movement is expected to improve. This will provide convenience in travel to the local people as well as the devotees coming from outside.
Connectivity strengthened with Ayodhya and Kashi
The new road will improve direct connectivity between Ayodhya and Bijethua Dham. A double lane road is already available from Bijethua to Kashi Vishwanath. In such a situation, devotees traveling between Ayodhya, Bijethua and Kashi will be able to get an alternative and easy route.
Tourism and local businesses also benefit
Along with making access to the Dham easier, the improved road connectivity is also expected to benefit nearby markets and local businesses. People of the area say that widening of the road will greatly facilitate daily commuting.
