Bhubaneswar: The 19th annual Pratishtha Mahotsav of the Shri Jagannath Temple and other temples at KISS Shribanikshetra concluded today.
The four-day-long celebration and Shanti Yagna, which began on the 24th, marked the 19th anniversary of the installation of Lord Jagannath and other deities at the temple managed by the KIIT Temple Trust.
The Purnahuti ritual was performed today with complete Vedic traditions. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of the Temple Trust, offered the Purnahuti at the concluding ceremony.
Several spiritual leaders and saints attended the sacred event, including Baba Ramanarayan Das, Swami Chidananda Saraswati, Swami Jagannathananda Saraswati, Surya Narayan Rathasharma, and Pandit Prabodh Mishra, among others.The celebrations ended with prasad sevan for all devotees.
