3 big decisions of CM Samrat, great news for the people of Bihar

Patna. After the formation of the new government in Bihar, continuous steps are being taken towards improving the administrative system. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has now taken a big decision regarding quick solution to the problems of common people. Many new facilities are being started by the state government under the ‘Sabka Samman, Jeevan Aasan’ campaign, due to which people will have to visit government offices less and the complaints will be resolved within the stipulated time.

1. Launch of ‘Sahayog Portal’

The state government is now going to launch ‘Sahayog Portal’ for people to register their complaints online. Through this portal, any citizen of Bihar will be able to convey his/her problem to the government sitting at home. People will be able to register their complaints by visiting sahyog.bihar.gov.in. The government claims that this will make the process of monitoring and resolving complaints easier and more transparent than before.

2. Helpline number 1100 will be started

Under the second major initiative of the government, ‘Sahayog Helpline Number 1100’ will be launched. This helpline will be active from 8 am to 8 pm. Those who will not be able to register their complaint online will be able to directly call the helpline and explain their problem. People living in rural and remote areas are also expected to benefit from this.

3. ‘Cooperation Camp’ will be held every month

The government has also decided to organize ‘Sahayog Shivir’ to solve the problems of the people on the spot. These camps will be organized on the first and third Tuesday of every month. In these camps, officials will directly listen to the complaints of the public and try to find immediate solution. Besides, the government has also decided that it will be mandatory to resolve the complaints lodged within 30 days. After resolution of the problem, written information will also be given to the concerned person.

After becoming the Chief Minister, Samrat Chaudhary is continuously emphasizing on administrative reforms and strengthening public facilities. The government says that the new system will give people the benefit of transparent and accountable governance. It is being told that this initiative has been started under the already implemented ‘Saat Nishchay-3’ program, in which ‘respect for all, life easy’ has been made the main goal.
