Their adventure, shared by TikTok user Angie on July 16, has racked up more than 500,000 views, AsiaOne reported.
The trio set off at 2:42 a.m., hoping to reach the airport in time for their 7 a.m. flight, with suitcases and handbags in tow.
The video shows the women wheeling their luggage through quiet streets that appeared almost deserted, with few if any people or vehicles in sight.
At one point, they walked through a dark underpass, using the flashlights on their phones to light the way.
After nearly two and a half hours on foot, they arrived at Changi Airport at 5:04 a.m., leaving themselves ample time before their flight, Singapore news site 8days reported.

The women drew both amusement and admiration online, with many netizens praising them for completing the nearly 10-kilometer walk and saying the journey highlighted Singapore’s reputation as a safe destination.
One user wrote, “I love Singapore because three girls can walk for two hours all the way to the airport on proper footpaths at 2 a.m. and feel completely safe doing so.”
“Singapore is really safe for female tourists,” another commented.
Others joked about the challenge of dragging suitcases along the roads for such a long distance, while some wondered how the trio managed to complete the journey without arriving drenched in sweat despite Singapore’s humid weather.
Singapore is widely regarded as one of the world’s safest cities, with violent crime remaining relatively rare.
Analysts often attribute this to a combination of strict laws and penalties, effective law enforcement, extensive surveillance, and the country’s high standard of living.
Singapore ranked 70th in a list of the world’s top 100 cities for walking exploration in 2026, trailing behind regional neighbors such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Kuala Lumpur, according to a rankings by travel platform GuruWalk.
