omnitech engineering at the forefront

Among these three multibagger stocks, the best performer has been Omnitech Engineering. The company's shares were listed on March 5, 2026. The issue price of shares in IPO was Rs 227, while the LTP was Rs 586.5. In this way, the share has given a return of about 158.4% compared to the IPO price.

Sedamac Mechatronics gave 126% return

ShadowFax Technologies also in 100% club

Shares of Shadowfax Technologies were launched in the market on 28 January 2026. The issue price in the IPO was Rs 124, while the share was trading at Rs 248.3. That means there has been an increase of about 100.2% compared to the IPO price.

Will the rise continue further?

After such a sharp rise, now the question is whether these shares will give Multibagger returns in future also. According to Harshal Dasani, Business Head, INVasset PMS, now the earnings of these companies will have to keep pace with the share price. After the IPO has increased by more than double the issue price, it is no longer useful to consider the IPO price alone as the basis for valuation.

According to Dasani, all three companies have shown strong growth momentum. However, a large part of future growth has been included in the current valuation. Now their real test will be earnings and execution.

Omnitech Risk-Reward Preferred

Dasani's first choice in terms of risk and return is Omnitech Engineering, while in terms of business quality he considers Sedamec Mechatronics better. According to him, the risk-reward of Omnitech is more balanced. After the IPO, along with the growth of the company, improvement in margins and operating leverage has also been seen.

According to Ravi Singh, Chief Research Officer, MasterTrust, the technical structure of both Shadowfax Technologies and Cedamec Mechatronics is bullish. Both the shares are making higher high and higher low. However, after the sharp rise, it is important to keep an eye on the valuation.

IPO pipeline also strong

According to Prime Database, 171 companies have received SEBI approval to launch IPO. These include Hero Fincorp, Zepto, Indira IVF Hospital and Incred Holdings. It is estimated to raise about Rs 1.08 lakh crore through these companies.

Apart from this, 71 companies have filed draft papers with SEBI. These companies are preparing to raise about Rs 1,91,590 crore. This list includes names like Jio Platforms, National Stock Exchange of India, PhonePe and Muthoot Fincorp.

The pace of the IPO market in the coming months will largely depend on the performance of the secondary market. If the stock market remains bullish and new IPOs get strong listing gains, then investors' interest in the primary market may also remain intact.
