However, there are some symptoms that may indicate stomach infection. It is important to identify these in time.
1. Persistent stomach pain or cramps
In case of stomach infection, cramps or cramps may be felt along with pain. The pain may be mild, but if it persists or increases, it should not be ignored.
2. Frequent diarrhea

If diarrhea or vomiting continues, there is blood in the stool, severe stomach pain, high fever, dizziness or significantly reduced urination, immediate medical help should be sought. These may be signs of dehydration or serious infection.
