Bhopal. ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ is being organized in view of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Under this campaign, ‘My Dreams India’ painting and speech competition was organized in Madhya Pradesh. The results of this competition were declared on 6 October. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav observed the creative arts of the students in the Model School located in TT Nagar, Bhopal. He gave away awards to the students who performed outstandingly. During the dialogue, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav inspired the students to move forward. About 50 lakh children participated in this competition. Ayushi Ahirwar, a student of Narsinghpur, got first place in the painting competition. Whereas, Dinu Bopche of Balaghat stood second and Ayushi Siddhi Namdev of Tikamgarh stood third. Anubhav Rajput of Raisen and Sajan Kumar Barman of Dindori received consolation prizes. Similarly, in the speech competition, Shreeji Mishra of Ashok Nagar district stood first. Chhavi Mangrelia of Dhar stood second and Rani Rajak of Guna stood third.
In the program, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is completing 25 years of public life. The entire country stands together in Seva Sankalp Abhiyan- 2026. Prime Minister Modi became the Chief Minister of Gujarat thrice and is now the Prime Minister of the country for the third time. During his tenure as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he eliminated many challenges of the state and made Gujarat a strong and prosperous state. During his tenure, petrochemical refineries were established in Gujarat, due to which today India has become self-sufficient in fuel. He said that our students have expressed their feelings imaginatively through speech and pictures. Prime Minister Modi took big decisions in the spirit of the concept of My India and Developed India and implemented them easily. Today our digital India is the country with the highest number of UPI transactions in the world. Prime Minister Modi has taken development forward by linking it with heritage. For many years, our Parliament continued to function in the building built during the British period. But now the new building of our Parliament has been built in such a way that Indianness can be seen. He said that Prime Minister Modi has lived a public life making democracy proud. It is a matter of pride that even the President of America praises our election process and expresses his intention to adopt it. Prime Minister Modi’s image looks different among global leaders.
Many facilities given to children
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that 50 lakh students of more than 60 thousand government and non-government schools of the state have participated in the Seva Sankalp campaign on the birthday of Prime Minister Modi. The students have given the message of cleanliness, plantation, nature conservation, water conservation, helping the poor, serving parents and doing all the work honestly with commitment for the country and believing in good governance. Prime Minister Modi started DBT, the needy people get their entitled amount directly into their bank accounts. Along with the country, Madhya Pradesh is also changing rapidly. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government has resolved to construct new buildings in place of all dilapidated school buildings in the next two years. Scooty, laptop, book and dress are also being given free of cost to the meritorious students. Our government has also given a new gift to teachers by promoting them which were pending for years. New recruitment of teachers will also be done for better education in schools.
Will make India developed at any cost
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the State Transport Corporation’s bus service has been started again in the state after 21 years. These buses will provide easy transportation facility to the citizens even in remote areas of the state. Buses are also being operated to transport students to schools. Our government is working with determination in every field to economically empower the state. Madhya Pradesh has become the state with the lowest unemployment rate. The state government is going to celebrate the year 2027 as the Year of Youth. New resolutions have been taken for the betterment of the youth. 12 new medical colleges and 12 new schools and universities will be started in the state. Along with the annual PSC examination, a special PSC examination will also be conducted in the youth year. Suggestions are also being taken from the youth for organizing the Youth Year. The young generation of our Amritkaal will make India a developed India by the year 2047.
Lakhs of students from 42 thousand schools took part
In the program, School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh said that school children participated enthusiastically in the speech and painting competition organized under the Seva Sankalp campaign on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Painting and speech competitions on the topic ‘India of my dreams’ were organized at district level, block level and state level in more than 42 thousand schools of the state. More than 50 lakh students from class 6th to 12th participated in it. Through these competitions, the ideas of our children for a developed India came out openly.

Shriji Mishra, the girl who stood first in the speech competition, said that if I was asked to draw the India of my dreams in a picture, I would not just make tall buildings in it, but would make such an India where every child dares to dream and also gets the opportunity to fulfill them. Under Seva Sankalp Abhiyan- 2026, more than 50 lakh students expressed their imagination and thoughts through pictures and speeches. Someone presented a picture of a clean and beautiful India while someone shared their views related to education, employment, technology, environmental protection and social equality. In the painting competition, the participants painted the picture of their dream India on paper through colors. In the speech competition, the participants told how they want to see India in the future. The participants presented the vision of a developed, self-reliant, clean, educated and prosperous India. The objective of the competition was to give the participants an opportunity to express their ideas and imagination through a creative medium. Children and youth participated enthusiastically in the program. His paintings and speeches reflected positive thinking towards the country and hope for a better future.
