Hyundai Motor Group's luxury brand 'Genesis' has unveiled its new flagship full-size all-electric SUV Genesis GV90. The car is designed to compete with ultra-luxury cars like the Range Rover Electric and the Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV. The car measures 5,285 mm in length, 2,030 mm in width, 1,815 mm in height and 3,245 mm in wheelbase. This SUV will be available in two versions namely Standard and 'Neolun'.
The Neolun version features the world's first hidden B-pillar coach doors that open and close independently. Apart from this, wing face micro lens array headlights, clamshell hood, 24-inch forged wheels and flush-mounted taillights give this car a very attractive and modern look.

The interior of the car gets high-tech features like a pop-up OLED screen that expands to 24.6-inches, 180-degree rotating front seats and a world-first roof airbag with a total of 12 airbags. It doesn't have a start button; As soon as the driver pulls the door handle, the car automatically starts and the door closes. Motion column shifter on the steering wheel and crystal sphere controller in the center console.
The car is powered by a dual-motor setup that generates 657 hp of power and 800 Nm of torque. Its 123.5 kWh battery pack charges from 10% to 80% in just 22 minutes and gives a range of around 500 kilometers on a single charge. It also includes advanced features like rear-wheel steering, multi-chamber air suspension and dual e-LSD.

The Genesis brand is entering India and the first model to be introduced is the GV80. After that, the flagship GV90 SUV is likely to hit Indian showrooms around 2028.
